Disclaimer
Disclaimers are text appearing on the end or beginning of email messages, usually containing information about confidentiality and property issues.
Disclaimers can be set for Inbound and Outbound messages (received and sent).
You can decide to activate and deactivate the disclaimers, decide if the disclaimers will appear in the beginning or the end of the body of the message, and what to appear for both text and html messages.
The Warning message for external emails can only be set if the hierarchy scope is a Business Organization or is part of one, then it is possible to configure a specific disclaimer for the External messages.
The General disclaimer is applicable to all messages, if active.
