Admin Reports

Outbound Admin Report

The Admin Reports are Email Digests for a given Domain, containing a set of usage statistics as well a list of the latest 100 outbound messages that have been quarantined.

The goal for this report is to provide a status on the recent Outbound activity for a given Domain. As well as a list of messages being caught in the Outbound filters. For security and integrity reasons, no actions (including Release) can be performed on the messages in the list.

Note that if there are no messages in the Outbound quarantine queue, the Report will not be sent.

This report can be sent to up to 5 Administrators. The main recipient must have a valid Domain Email address, for integrity and control purposes.

To configure such report, you must:

Set the Admin Message Report as Yes

Set the time Frequency for receiving the report:

Daily: It will be sent once a day at 8h00 CET

Weekly: It will be sent once a week on Mondays, 8h00 CET

Custom schedule: You can configure with a specific setting, the minimum is every 1 hours.

Report messages: Set which messages you would like to see as part of the message list:

Show discarded: Messages that have been discarded are shown in the digest list.

Show Policy blocked and Infected messages: Messages that have been Policy blocked or Infected are shown in the digest list.


Destination email Admin

Decide which Admin recipient(s) will receive the report by inputting the related email address. The system allows for up to 5 email addresses. The first email address must belong to the Domain.
