Add / remove user

If you have integrated the archive via POP3 / IMAP or Exchange, you can create both user mailboxes and additional admins.

  1. Navigate to Settings - Users.
  2. Under User list you can see the current users and the available licenses. Users can be edited and deleted here.
  3. To add new users, click Add new.
  4. Enter the email address to be archived, assign the role.
    1. Enter other aliases for this user under Other email ids.
  5. A larger number of users can be imported via Import users. Here you have the option of importing users via LDAP, Active Directory, M 365, Google Workspace and CSV.
