How can you archive your emails?
There are several ways to archive your email. E-mail solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace offer their own archiving options that can be used with an additional budget, but require a lot of effort to set up. Another method of archiving emails is to use an online service. Third-party providers such as MailVault specialize in archiving emails. Depending on the solution used, the e-mails can be archived in an audit-proof manner using an API or via a journaling mailbox.
