-301 / -401 Image file not found

In most cases, the error is related to the backup target storage. Check that the storage path you have entered in the backup task still exists. Please note that the empty folder structure of external data carriers such as USB/RDX drives as backup target memory must also be available if you work with several media in rotation. As an example your external USB/RDX drive is "X:\Backup\System 1". This folder structure must also exist on the other media or the backup will fail.

When using USB/RDX drives, make sure that the drive letter is still assigned correctly, it is possible that in rare cases Windows will change the drive letters when other drives are connected to the system.

In the case of network storage, check that the shares are still accessible and that the folder structure is also correct.

If the backup destination storage was checked as described above, but error message -301 persists, please send a support file with in a support ticket.
